Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If you are able to view a tracking number for your order then your order has shipped. You can use the tracking number to see shipping status updates with the carrier. We encourage you to check your status to know when your package will arrive so that you can make sure you are home or can make arrangements with the carrier. Not knowing what day your package will arrive can lead to lost or stolen packages.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us immediately for assistance. Please do not contact the shipper to file a claim. We will file a claim with the shipper to recover our losses and will reship your order out as soon as possible.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Contact as soon as possible after the discovery of your missing item. We will ship the missing item out ASAP.
What is your turn around time?
  Our normal turn around time from order to shipping day will vary during different times of the year. Normal order completion may depend on several factors, such as order size, products ordered, etc.. Our goal is 10 to 14 business days from order to shipping day, however it may take longer. If you are needing a rush on your order please contact us either by email, leaving us a message in the comment box at check out or by calling us @ 1-903-638-6904 and we will put a rush on the order.

During Holidays orders may take up to 17 days from order to shipping, however we will contact you via email if the turn around time goes beyond this time frame. We know that you want the products you order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that all products are made to order. You will always receive a fresh product and we hope you feel it is worth the wait!
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backorders are rare at Moon's Harvest, however if we do ship your order without an item we will note your invoice included in your box with the expected ship date.
