How do I return an item?
 

Moon's Harvest return policy offers an unconditional guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products contact us within 4 days from the time of receiving by calling 903-638-6904. We offer a full credit of the product price at the time of sale in the form of a Gift Certificate redeemable in our online store. We will require photos of the damaged product if any.


If you would like to receive a credit to your payment method contact us immediately or within 4 days and return the unused product to our address below within 14 days of you receiving the products. Once we receive the returned products we will issue a credit to your credit card or paypal for the product price at the time of sale. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.


After 4 days of receipt, without contacting us, the products are no longer under the guarantee. We may still be able to work out an agreement as long as you can send us photos of the damaged box and products along with possibly needing to return the damaged products to our store for a replacement in your next order with us.

Again, product refunds will be offered in the form of an in store credit in the form of a gift certificate for the received returned product price at the time of sale. To receive a payment credit, products must be returned to receive the credit.
