How long is your turn around time?
Our current turnaround time for retail orders has dramatically increased due to a large rise in orders & life altering events that are out of our control. At this time, we ask for patience & understanding as we are working daily to remedy the situation.

I need my order sooner can I get a rush put on it?
We would love to help. Please contact us by phone 903-638-6904 or email to let us know when you need your package by. Sometimes we may suggest substituting items to get your order out faster. We cannot always rush orders especially during Holidays.


What delivery service do you use?

For retail orders we use UPS Ground which usually on the average is a 4 day delivery time. We also use USPS for smaller orders and the delivery time is between 2 to 4 days. Delivery times depend on where you live...the farther away from Texas the longer the delivery time. Since we offer a flat rate shipping of $9.85 let's be honest, we use the service that is the most economical for us. For Wholesale orders we use UPS and bill your UPS account. This ensures that you are getting your best calculated rate from UPS & is mandatory. We are more than happy to assist you wih that process if needed.


I am missing an item from my order?

We are very careful and diligent in getting orders shipped out correctly. But if you feel there is an error and or you are missing an item from your order here is what you can do to help us resolve the matter.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order! Take photos of the original box and the contents. Send us a copy of the photos and let us know which items you are missing. We will issue a credit for the missing items. Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
